Individual Sessions - Paid ON the date service:

Initial session (90 minutes)- $150

Follow up sessions    

• (full=60 minutes)- $110

• (half=30 minutes)- $60

Individual Sessions - Paid AFTER the date service:

Initial session (90 minutes)- $180

Follow up sessions    

• (full=60 minutes)- $144
  

• (half=30 minutes)- $90

Telephone and email consults:

Telephone consults are available for out-of-area clients and are just as effective and educational as an in-office session.  Please note that insurance companies will not cover phone consults, however a superbill will be provided that can be submitted for medical flex-spending reimbursement.  Individual session fees apply.

Email consults are available for $2.00 per minute (average email responses take anywhere from 5-15 minutes depending on the complexity and number of questions asked).  When an email question for consult is received, Dr. Hamrick will estimate and clear the time with the client prior to answering.
